Ingredients:
2 tbl. olive oil 1 1/2 cups broccoli flowerets 1 1/2 cups halved zucchini
slices 1 10 1/2 oz. can chick peas - drained 1 7 oz. jar roasted peppers - diced 1 6 oz. jar
marinated mushrooms -
un-drained 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Marinara sauce ( from marinara recipe)
Instructions:
In large saucepan heat olive oil until hot. Add broccoli and zucchini,
cook and stir until tender - about 5 minutes. Stir in chick peas, roasted peppers, mushrooms and parsley. Add marinara
sauce. Heat until hot. Server over freshly cooked pasta.
