Turkey Stuffing with Sausage..........Mom Franzen

Ingredients:

1 12 lb. turkey
12 cups bread crumbs (2 1/2 loaves)
3/4 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1 tbl. poultry seasoning
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage

Instructions:

Fry sausage, make hole in middle.
Fry onions.
Mix 1/2 bread in sausage.
Mix all ingredients.
Add hot water to moisten.
Must be cold for stuffing.
