Stuffed Pepper Soup..........Stacy Alese

 

Ingredients:
 
3 large green peppers
28 oz. canned diced tomatoes
1 lb. ground meat - brown before adding to soup
32 oz. can of broth - I use chicken
1 small can of tomato paste
1 cup of rice - cook before adding to soup

Instructions:
 
Add all ingredients to pot. Bring to a boil.
After boiling - bring down to a simmer.
Simmer 30 minutes before serving.
