Ingredients:
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli. 1 lb. bulk pork sausage. 3 cups plain
croutons. 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese. 1 can
Campbell's condensed cream of chicken soup. 4 eggs. 1 soup
can milk.
Instructions:
Cook broccoli per package instructions. Cook sausage in 10" skillet until
lightly brown, stir to separate, drain off fat. In large bowl combine sausage, broccoli, croutons and cheese. Arrange
evenly in 12 x 9 greased baking dish. In bowl stir soup until smooth, beat in eggs and milk. Pour evenly over sausage
mixture in baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees or until set in center. Remove from
oven, let stand 10 minutes.
Serves 9.
