2 cooked lobster tails or 1 pkg. Lobster Classic Chunk Style
½ lb. cooked shrimp
4 Tbl. butter
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup flour
3 small potatoes peeled and diced
2 14½ oz cans chicken broth
1 pint half-and-half
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper
Coarsely chop lobster and shrimp, set aside.
In large saucepan, melt butter, add celery, onion, and
garlic, cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in flour, cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth and potatoes, cook for 15 minutes,
stirring occasionally.
Stir in half-and-half, cream of mushroom soup, paprika.
Add lobster and shrimp, cook for 10 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve. |
